Introduction to VCore


This workout will introduce the consumer to barefoot balance training. Starting with basic single leg exercises - and slowly building the static exercises into combinations with increasing difficulty. Repetitions will be 4-5 per side. Will integrate floor exercises as well to activate the hips, glutes and abdominals.

This workout integrate jumps and dynamic movements to increase the heart rate and caloric burn. Built off of a foundation of balance and control, participants are taught how to safely integrate jumps and dynamics which will further challenge their hip, core and glute strength - all while toning and defining

VCore Workout - Strength and Endurance


This workout will increase the number of repetitions and duration of sequences to increase the participants balance and core endurance. Repetitions will be 8 - 10 per side. Will integrate floor exercises and matrixes to challenge core endurance and control.
